Having grown up in male dominated South Africa, Giorgio is passionate about creating female role models that will inspire more female entrepreneurs. Over 30 years of board experience helping fast growing, international, hi-tech and biotech companies in the US, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe and the UK. Co-founder of Draper Esprit, a leading VC firm, a software company and two innovative biotechs. Giorgio has also spun out companies from BT and Toshiba & turned-around companies listed in Australia and the UK. Every of his companies has delivered investor returns with total exits exceeding $1bn. Giorgio is a qualified accountant and completed his MBA at London Business School.
